Out and About

I am super excited about my weekend ahead!!! Getting to do a little retail therapy!!! The boys in my life are going to the Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, and my Daddy is tagging along with them, so that leaves Maddie and me at home.  So we have invited Nana to go shopping with us!!! woo hoo, can't wait! I am wanting to hit up some consignment stores, I just love a good bargain!! I will be sure and share with you on Monday the good stuff I get!!!!

Weekend Wrap Up

So I had a great weekend!!!! Got my hair colored and all the grey roots are now gone!!!! Friday night as usual, it was just me and the gal!!! Our boys had gone coon hunting and we did our thing of cleaning a little and then painted finger nails!!! I have had mine painted for about 2 weeks and I am actually liking it!!!

On Saturday there wasn't much going on then either. The kiddos went with my parents to the Rodeo and Chris worked on our new shed on the side of the barn. So what does that mean for Momma...NOTHING!!! I laid on the couch un-interrupted for about 2 hours and watched what I wanted to on the TV, then made a little grocery store run, came home hopped in the tanning bed, and then back on the couch!!!!!

Sunday morning went to church and then me and 3 of my very best friends went to the movies to see The Vow and eat an Italian Restaurant. The movie was great, however I would not have had any trouble at all falling in love with Channing Tatum!!! ahhhh pure bliss!!!! Kim sobbed all the through it, which is nothing new for all of us, BUT we have never witnessed her blowing her honker right in the middle of the movie for all to hear!!!! We Love you Kim!!!!! After eating we stayed and talked for about 2 hours!!! For me that was the best part of our whole night!!!! We have vowed to make it at least every 2 months date!!!!

Baby Girl Gots Some Moves

Last Saturday Maddie attended a Dance Camp that was held by our high school Dance Team. They learned a little dance, that they could perform during half time of our varsity basketball game.  Well Maddie is quite the entertainer!! She shook her tail feathers, made kissy faces and wiggled her little spirit fingers!!! Last night was the ball game and she along with all the other little dancers did so good!!! I have it on video on my blackberry but I cannot for the life of me get it to email!!!!!! So if you know how please let me know!!!!!!! I have a couple of pictures from the dance camp!!!

Okay so my favorite blog of all time is Enjoying the Small Things. Kelle Hampton is one amazing writer, photographer, mama, wife, friend, etc!!! She has 2 little girls, Lainey and Nella, and they are very lucky little girls to have her for a mama.  She is the most creative, outgoing, spontaneous person I believe to ever exist.  I would love to be like her, but I am too anal when it comes to some things! She takes some amazing pictures, she has an eye like a hawk!!! And friend, she is a true friend!!!

This weekend was her youngest daughters' 2nd birthday and it was so magical!! She had a Tea for Two! Check it out here.

I have 11 months to create a Tea for Five in December. I have already told my 2 creative people, Momma and Ashlee that we can do this and to start thinking of creative ideas for our little tea party!!! Ohhhh I am just sooooo excited!!! But then again I am not either, because that means my little girl, little baby, last baby will be 5 years old........gosh it isn't possible.
